Sync Inc Ltd

Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026

These are the terms you contract with Sync Inc Ltd under, whichever of our products you use. Each product also has its own terms covering what it does specifically, linked at the bottom of this page.

Where the two disagree, the product's own terms win. These pages set the baseline for the company; a product's terms are more specific and take precedence for that product.

Who you are contracting with

Sync Inc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Whichever product you buy, your contract and your payment are with Sync Inc Ltd.

That is worth knowing for a practical reason: charges may appear on your statement as Sync Inc Ltd rather than the product name. If you see a charge you do not recognise, it is likely to be one of the products listed below — please email us before disputing it.

Payment and billing

Refunds

If a product does not work as described, email us and we will put it right or refund you. We would rather resolve it than argue about it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, which we cannot exclude.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attack the service — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, overwhelming it with automated traffic, or circumventing usage limits. We may suspend or close an account being used this way.

Availability

We aim to keep our products running and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Software has bugs, third-party services go down, and maintenance sometimes requires downtime. Where an outage is our fault and materially affects a paid subscription, tell us and we will make it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and for material changes affecting an active subscription we will tell you by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
